When you arrive for your first visit, several information forms are required to be completed. This will allow us to begin your dental treatment and get acquainted with our office.

At that time, appropriate radiographs will be taken along with intra oral photographs. An oral head and neck exam is performed as well as an oral cancer screening. On this visit we will provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
